(1) Section 7A of the Act. For the purpose of clause (d) of sub-section (1) of the Council shall conduct the registration certificate examination. (2) The registration certificate examination as per sub-rule (1) may be conducted in one or more of the following ways:-
(a) Written Examination,
(b) practical examination, and
(c) Interview.
(3) The registration certificate examination fee will be as prescribed in schedule-9.
(3a) Even foreign students who have passed 8th graduation level in medical or dental subjects of medicine in Nepal will be able to participate in the registration certificate examination as per sub-rule (1). (4) Other arrangements related to the registration certificate examination shall be as prescribed by the council.
(5) The name of the doctor who has passed the registration certificate examination will be registered subject to the Act and other provisions written in this regulation.
